Queer Activist Performance Art | Human Canvas
Rayge.Uncovered is the activist performance act of Alfred Jansen, a Queer, nonbinary artist, internationally connected and currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Driven by joy, love, wisdom, and harmony, Rayge creates live acts that invite connection rather than spectacle.
Rayge appears in multiple guises, sometimes as a Human Canvas, using nakedness as a multidimensional language — emotional, ethical, creative, and at times physical. This nakedness is not provocation, but a deliberate refusal of hierarchy, control, and colonial ideas of ownership over bodies.
Rayge’s acts unfold in intimate settings and public spaces, indoors and outdoors, always adapting to the audience, the environment, and what is present. Each act is unique, shaped through listening, observation, and connection.

Rayge is not a screamer; the act is deliberate and intuitive, creating a safe environment where differences can coexist and connections are discovered.

Rayge.Uncovered challenges binaries of all kinds — not only gender — and openly resists colonialism, fascism, patriarchy, and capitalist extraction. Together with audiences and organisers, Rayge embarks on shared journeys of understanding and transformation.
Rayge.Uncovered is a living act of Queer resistance, guided by care, community, and connection.
